Returns & Exchanges

OAK + FORT accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or store credit. Please note that all sale items marked at 50% off or greater are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
